# WasapFlow Bridge

> WasapFlow Bridge lets SaaS companies, agencies and in-house teams add the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API) to their own system without becoming a Meta Tech Provider.

## Who it is for
- SaaS companies and agencies that resell WhatsApp to many client businesses (white-label).
- Companies building their own CRM or internal system for one business.

## Key facts
- Pricing: $10 USD per month per slot. One slot holds up to 3 active WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs): 1–3 WABAs = $10, 4–6 = $20, 7–9 = $30. A small flat card processing fee is added per invoice. The partner account itself is free, and the first number is free for 3 days without a card.
- Billing: Free account. The first number is free for 3 days and needs no card (one free window per account, first number only). Add a card before the 3 days end to keep it; the first $10 is charged when they end, then $10/month per 3 numbers. Without a card the number pauses until a card is added. A second number needs a card.
- Meta message charges: Meta's own WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta directly to each WABA's payment method. WasapFlow does not charge per message.
- Meta approval: Partners skip becoming a Meta Tech Provider and skip Meta App Review. Each business still connects through Meta Embedded Signup and must follow Meta WhatsApp policies.
- SDK: There is no SDK. Bridge is a plain REST API (JSON over HTTPS, header x-partner-key). Partners give the docs link to their AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex) and it builds the integration.
- Number connection: Client businesses connect their WhatsApp number through Meta Embedded Signup (official Meta popup).
- Coexistence: Coexistence mode lets a number keep working in the WhatsApp Business app on the phone while the partner system sends and receives on the same number; messages sent from the phone and existing contacts and chat history sync into the system.

- Signed webhooks (x-wasapflow-signature) for incoming messages, delivery statuses, template and account events; deliveries your endpoint misses are retried automatically for 24 hours and can be replayed
- Safe retries with an Idempotency-Key header on every send, and your own reference (biz_opaque_callback_data) returned on every delivery status
- Broadcasts with per-recipient results, including failures Meta reports after accepting a send
- Template management, phone number status, quality rating, WABA health
- Coexistence sync (messages sent from the phone, contact sync, history backfill)
- Support tickets from the portal or via the API
